We will forever remember Steve's smile, laughter, humor, and his love of life. Living on this earth was like heaven to him; "How can it get any better than this."
Those who knew Steve use to love to watch him eat. He immensely loved and appreciated food, and often shared his love by cooking delicious meals for all who were dear to him. One of the last times he enjoyed a meal, his fortune cookie read, "Soon life will become more interesting". He loved this message, and we believe his new life is a grand adventure filled with endless beauty and eternal joy.
Steve loved nature and the great outdoors, kayaking, motorcycling, snowboarding, working on old cars, and spending time with family and friends. Lastly, Steve was also a talented artist, but would never have said so himself.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents.
He was survived by wife, Julie (Carlson) Henderson; daughters, Kristin Henderson and Kelsey Henderson; brothers, Ken, Dave (Louann), Paul (Mary); sisters, Sue Tellgren (Mike) and Jenny Severson; sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins; uncle, James Henderson (Hildegard); aunt, Susie January and many dear friends.
